STORE POLICY

• We use DHL and Post NL as our preferred couriers. All orders for original artwork sent via DHL/Post NL or a similar company will come with a tracking number.

• All paintings are shipped within 2-7 days depending on demand. As soon as the shipment is processed, you will receive an email from me.

• Commissions take about 1-2 months to complete.

• Items must be paid in full before shipping can occur.

Shipping Costs Netherlands: €15

Shipping Costs Europe: €50

Shipping Costs International: €100

 

*Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

• I package all my paintings as safely as possible using foam wrap, bubble wrap and cardboard. I try to reuse packaging materials where I can. As I take so much care to package the painting, I unfortunately can’t be held accountable for what happens to it in the postal system. There is always a risk that something may happen to the parcel no matter what I do to prevent it. However, if something does happen to the package please be in touch with me and I will see what I can do to remedy the situation if anything.
